Our Challenge
Perspect.ai came to us wanting to build a system that could predict the potential of an applicant by objectively evaluating a candidate without bias and presenting it to HR. The challenge was to accurately understand the overall fit of a resource within the company without lenghty assessment sessions.
How we made it happen
WIT is a gamified talent assessment tool that came about as a counter to unengaging traditional evaluation methods by replacing them with quick, immersive games and simulations. AI and ML were used to create an accurate predictive tool accompanied by top data visualization techniques to make it successful amongst users.
