Our Challenge
We were challenged to design an on-demand diagnostic service platform that can process large numbers of reports in a short period of time and maintain a record for the patient. We also had to have a simple and functional platform.
How we made it happen
Our team adopted a systematic and user-centric approach. Extensive user research allowed us to understand the specific needs of both healthcare providers and recipients. Through iterative design and development, we optimized the app for simplicity, ensuring crucial features remained user-friendly.
