During onboarding of new employees, they are required to gather and retain large amounts of information that is critical to working in the company. The vast number of resources left the employee overwhelmed and ultimately they only retained a small portion of this info.
How we made it happen
To tackle this problem, we helped HIL build a centralized onboarding platform that could maintain all company resources in one place. In order to help new employees retain information better, we gamified the experience, thus making it more fun and memorable.
