Our Challenge
The platform aims to deliver home-cooked food directly from home chefs to the customers, without the intervention of third parties. The challenge was to integrate all user groups, and create user flows that would allow for proper functioning of the multiple facets within the application.
How we made it happen
After much user and competitor research, we made use of our design sprints to create user journeys and integrate them in a way that would allow home chefs and delivery partners to work simultaneously and deliver fresh food without delays. We also ensured that the UI was conducive for chefs and delivery partners of all backgrounds.
